About us
We’re an independent, family owned and run microbrewery based in Enderby, Leicester.
Our Mission is to brew beers with vibrant and refreshing flavours, and help grow the Leicester Craft beer scene - supporting local artists, suppliers and businesses where possible.
Our first beers hit the bar in 2022, and you can often find a wind selection of them on tap at Mill Hill Cask and Coffee Pub, ran by our very own Georgie and Jay.

Harry
Head Brewer
Creating juicy pales, tangy sours and brewing stouts which feel like warm hugs is Harry’s passion. Beer Geek and science nerd, he constantly experiments in pursuit of the perfect pint.

Sales
Jay’s a well known face around the Leicester craft beer scene, and is our head of sales. Give him a call if you want some of our beer on your bar or find him at Mill Hill Cask and Coffee Taproom.

Events Organiser & Accounts
George keeps our ship running smoothly. Organising our events and making sure our sums add up are some of the many things she does for the brewery. George can often be found pouring pints in the taproom.

Clive
Clive is Mill Hill Brew Co’s resident Juice Monster. He loves chugging hazy pale ales, Leicester City FC and does a little dance every time you buy a pint. He was created in partnership with local artist Sam Grubb.
